How this shows up in your life:
Difficulty Being Authentic: You suppress your true self avoid conflict.
Fear of Rejection or Disapproval: You are afraid of judgment, from others or yourself.
Ruthless Inner Critic: You tend to focus on your flaws and shortcomings, crushing your self-esteem.
Difficulty Setting Boundaries: You struggle to prioritize your own needs, leading to exhaustion and resentment.
Overwhelm and Burnout: You are at risk of burnout from overextending yourself by trying to please everyone.
Stress: You are driven by fear of rejection.
Difficulty Enjoying Achievements: You have a hard time savoring success because you are focused on others’ approval.
If you are replaying conversations in your head for hours after they happened, putting your needs on the back burner, feeling responsible for everyone else’s emotions, struggling to enjoy your successes, constantly questioning if you are doing or being enough for everyone, and building a comfortable life for those around you while neglecting your own peace, you’re in the right place. This does not have to last forever.
Prioritizing yourself is not selfish. It is actually the most caring thing you can do for anyone.
A little more about me…
As the youngest of 4 daughters, a lot of the oldest-child stereotypes restarted with me. I learned as a little girl that being pleasing kept me in right-standing in my closest relationships. I learned to read the room, shape-shift to the needs of others, and ignore my instincts. Be right. Be good. Be pleasing. Behave.
As I grew, I started to see the impact this was having on my sense of self. The more I forced my adult self into the “good girl,” the less authentic I felt. I would second guess myself, defer to others wants or needs, and worry about being misunderstood. I felt caged, my voice silent, and my likes and dislikes were unknown to even me.
I wanted desperately to expand into my full self, but was fearful that if I showed the world who I really was, that I would be rejected.
That perfect, people-pleaser girl in me rests so much easier now. It will in you too.
My Coaching Fundamentals
Self-Trust
Adult self-trust brings you back to your gut instincts, reconnecting you with your body's signals and rebuilding a trusting relationship with yourself. This self-trust empowers you to reach for your goals with confidence.
The aim here is to build trust in yourself. Even when it does not make sense. Maybe especially when it does not make sense.
Strategy
Each coaching step is purposeful, powerful, and transformative. It reconnects you with forgotten dreams, releases unhelpful fears, propels you towards unmet goals, liberates you from limiting relationships, and much more.
No cookie-cutter approaches or clichés. It's all about crafting an individualized strategic plan that truly serves your needs.
Sovereignty
Our work together liberates you from the burdens of societal expectations. We set you free to make choices from your own values rather than others’ expectations. We unearth the authentic version of you and set that untamed Self free.
The goal here is to throw out the rule book and reclaim your inner authority as the most trusted voice in your life.
Transform your relationship with yourself & others: Embrace the truest, most authentic version of YOU.
Imagine waking up every day with a renewed sense of confidence, knowing that you’re living life on your terms. When you work with me as your life coach, you’ll experience a profound transformation that allows you to break free from the constant pressure to please others and the need to get it all right. Together, we’ll help you embrace your authentic self and create a life that’s balanced, fulfilled, and truly your own.
Here’s what you can expect from our work together:
Less Obligations, More Realness: You’ll be able to make decisions based on your own needs and desires, not just to keep others happy. Your real “yes,” and real “no.”
More Authentic Relationships: You'll engage with others from a place of honesty, not fear. Your relationships will become more genuine, fulfilling, and aligned with your true self.
Clarity on Your Values: You'll gain a clearer understanding of what truly matters to you, allowing you to make choices that reflect your core values.
Make Choices That Feel Aligned: With confidence and clarity, you'll begin making decisions that are in line with your authentic desires, not on others’ expectations.
Communicate Effectively: You'll develop the tools to express your thoughts and feelings honestly, helping you navigate difficult conversations with confidence and clarity.
Set Guilt-Free Boundaries: Say goodbye to guilt when saying "no." You’ll learn to maintain healthy boundaries that protect your time, energy, and well-being.
Less Stress and More Control: As you free yourself from the need to please or be perfect, your stress will diminish. You’ll feel less overwhelmed by external pressures.
Celebrate Your Achievements: You’ll start embracing your successes, big and small, without brushing them off or feeling undeserving.
Value Your Needs: You’ll learn to value your own needs, realizing that caring for yourself is just as important as caring for others.
Tell the Truth: No more hiding parts of yourself. You’ll learn to share your true thoughts and feelings, creating deeper connections and reducing the worry of being misunderstood.
Cultivate Self-Compassion: You'll learn to be kind to yourself, letting go of self-criticism and embracing the humbling reality that imperfection is human.
Reconnect with Curiosity: You’ll become more open to new experiences, learning to approach life with curiosity.
Share Vulnerabilities Without Shame: You’ll feel empowered to express your vulnerabilities and imperfections without fear of judgment. You’ll also learn to discern safe places to share and where to hold back, giving you more control.
Feel more Resilience: You'll develop the resilience needed to bounce back from challenges, empowered by a renewed sense of Self.
I’m here to guide you through the process of reclaiming your power, your peace, and your authenticity. Together, we’ll create lasting change that allows you to live a life that’s true to you.
Your journey to a empowered, self-compassionate, and resilient life starts now.
Imagine leaving a conversation without replaying every word in your head or wondering if you upset someone. Picture yourself saying “no” and not carrying guilt for days afterward.
Now imagine:
Making decisions with clarity and confidence.
Saying what you mean without over-explaining.
Feeling calm even when others disagree with you.
Trusting your instincts no matter what.
Building relationships that feel mutual and healthy.
Having energy because your time and attention are aligned with your values.
This isn’t about becoming harsh or selfish. It’s about reclaiming your voice, your choices, and your peace of mind so you can live a life that feels like yours.
What to expect on your connection call:
Come as you are, with whatever feels most true right now. You don’t need to edit yourself or have the “right” words.
Say the thing you’ve been thinking but haven’t said out loud yet.
This call is most powerful when you bring honesty instead of perfection. The more truth in the room, the more clarity we can create together.
In 30 minutes, we’ll explore what’s going on for you and whether coaching is the right next step.
